Issues concerning LGBTQIA2S+ (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer/Questioning, Intersex, Asexual, Two-Spirit) rights have long been tied with socialist and working-class struggle. Today, it’s more important than ever that socialists and the political Left continue to promote, advance, and come to the defense of queer liberation. That is, holding safe and collaborative spaces for LGBTQIA2S+ individuals within our organization, engaging in policy and educational work that supports our queer neighbors, and pushing back against narratives, policy and actions which seek to damage and discredit the contributions and persons that encompass our queer communities on a local and national scale.

TransPonder is a transgender-founded and led nonprofit based in Eugene, Oregon providing support, resources, and education for the transgender and gender-diverse community and our allies.
Queer Eugene's mission is to organize support, resources, and community for queer folks through events, information gathering and sharing, and one day, a physical space to develop a queer community center.
